To long nothing happened on this blog. Sorry for that. First I am very happy about Malifaux 2E the Skirmish Game from Wyrd Miniatures. Try to play more and this brings me to build some more Individuals to my Guild Faction.

Executioners

On the Executioners I tested the new Vallejo Colors from the Special Effects Set. The two blood colors are nice with a shiny finish. This replaces the alcohol color I used before.. Because its water based and easier to handle. For the tank I used the verdigris and rust. Need more practice with that.

I also have prepared some more Bases. The 40mm are already on the Executioners. Hope the new plastic Austringers will be released soon.

Malifaux Lady Justice and Crew

Long time no news on this blog! Sorry! But it was very hot over the summertime and no motivation to paint or build. But I have something new finished. Lady Justice, Judge and three Death Marshals are painted and based.

Together with the Ortega Crew I and my buddies can run some test plays. But have to wait for the M2E rulebook.

In the Box - Malifaux Ten Thunder Misaki

Very nice models. Here you can see the sprue with all the parts.
When you built some of the models they look fantastic.

Some critics.
You get one sprue with all parts for the 6 models. Oh man! What a mess! Not like on the Archers sprue, here there are no numbers on.Its a big puzzle to find all parts that fit together. This was the hardest Plastic-kit I ever have to build. No sketch or plan for help. It is possible but very time consuming. This is for PROs.

In the Box - Malifaux Ten Thunder Archers

Very nice plastic sprue. High detail on the Miniatures comes with the new Line of Malifaux miniatures from Wyrd Miniatures.

This are all the parts for one model.

The flash is easy to remove. As on all plastic models. They fit well together if you know where the parts have to be placed. You have often to take a look on the back of the packing to find the right position for the parts. But its easy and not rocket science. A sketch would have been fine. The part have numbers on the sprue. I recommend to cut out only the parts for one model. If its built than go to the next. This avoids any miss match of parts.

Some WIPs of new models. The game is Malifaux from Wyrd Miniatures. Some of the Ortega Family. The miniatures are fine for the table. The final touch to the bases will be done after all five members are finished.

Lilith - Mother of Monsters

First Malifaux Miniature is accomplished. She is called Lilith and belongs to the Neverborn fraction. Liked to paint this model. A beautiful sculpted miniature by Werner Klocke. One of my favorite sculptors.
